The bed is perfect, I am so pleased, it is exactly what we wanted. The customer services within the company is second to none. I have always been treated politely and all my enquiries have been dealt with efficiently. I think that this courtesy email just goes to show the level of customer care that you have. Your approach is so different from companies such as Homebase and Next. They could really learn alot from you!

Our bed arrived safely today on time. We are very happy. When we unwrapped the protective covering from the walnut bed head we both gasped at the beauty of the finished product. The whole bed, even the slats, is
crafted to perfection.

The assembly instructions were easy to follow. Being able to assemble a super king size bed, in the room it was going in, was an added bonus.

The duvet cover is perfect for our room and the bed –thank you for all the advice you gave us in regards to the colour of the wood.

Your website very accurately describes the products and your service is very professional. We have no hesitation in recommending your products and your service.
